CHEESE FUDGE 
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. grated American cheese
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter and grated cheese. Remove from heat; add a little powdered sugar and cocoa; mix well. Add vanilla and rest of sugar. Make into a ball and knead well. Press into 8x8 inch pan. (Chopped nuts may be added.)

(Without cocoa this makes a good vanilla fudge. Philadelphia Cream Cheese can be used for part of American Cheese for Vanilla Fudge.)
