PARTY BURGERS 
4 lbs. ground meat
1 c. bread crumbs
4 eggs
Salt & pepper
Onions

SAUCE:

2 bottles catsup
2 bottles water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt & pepper

Mix meat, crumbs, eggs and seasonings. Shape meat mixture into patties. Fry very lightly. Just lay in pan (hot) and then turn right away and then out right away. Place in roaster. Slice a lot of onions over meat patties. Pour sauce over all. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.
