BANANA HEALTH COOKIES | |
1 c. packed brown sugar 3/4 c. salad oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. mashed, ripe bananas (3 to 4 med. bananas) 4 c. uncooked regular oats 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. raisins Beat brown sugar and oil together until well blended. Stir in bananas and salt. Gradually blend in oats. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Yield: 4 dozen. |
