MARINATED ROUND STEAK 
1/3 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mix above ingredients. Sprinkle meat with pepper and meat tenderizer. Pour above ingredients over meat and let set overnight. Scrape marinade off of meat before grilling, or else it will burn. Grill or broil, approximately 5-6 minutes per side.
