ORANGE MARINATED FLANK STEAK | |
1 flank steak, about 2 lbs. 1/2 c. orange marmalade 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tsp. ground ginger 4 oz. Italian salad dressing 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. grated orange rind 1/4 c. orange juice Dash garlic powder Place the meat in a glass or plastic bowl. Combine all the remaining marinade ingredients and pour over the meat. Cover. Marinate the steak overnight or longer. Barbeque over red-hot coals 15 minutes per side, basting frequently with the marinade. Slice thinly against the grain and serve immediately. |
