MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed

Combine and marinate steak 48 hours. Remove and broil 5 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side. Starting at narrow end cut steak in thin, diagonal slices across grain.
