PEPPERMINT PUDDING | |
2 peppermint chocolate bars 1 can milk 1 box instant pudding 10g Gelatine 12 rainbow chocolate chip cookies 10g salted margarine or butter 125ml milk Mint essence or Eucalyptus oil can be substituted with plain chocolate Melt chocolate with butter (should be stirred continuously till everything is melted together). Add milk. Stir gelatine into 1/4 cup of waster and add to the mix. Combine 125ml of milk to the instant pudding Beat the gelatine into the chocolate mixture and fold the instant pudding in thoroughly The add crushed cookies into the mixture mixing gently. The mixture will be runny when you are done. Pour into desired container and chill overnight in fridge. Submitted by: bilqees momath |
