1 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Bring to a boil, then pour over:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Add:

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes on greased cookie sheet. While baking, slowly dissolve:

1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Just before done, bring to boil and pour over 1 pound powdered sugar, 1 cup pecans and mix well. Ice as soon as you take from the oven.
