SEAFOOD RICE SALAD 
1/2 lb. rice cooked
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp or fish
1 can tuna fish drained
1/2 c. sweet relish
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. marjoram (or Savory, dill, curry or a combination of them)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cheese chunks
1/2 c. black or green olives, optional
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 chopped fresh tomatoes

You may want to add more mayonnaise or some sour cream. Mix well. Serves 12.
