SEAFOOD RICE SALAD 
1/2 lb. rice, cooked
1/2 lb. frozen cooked shrimp (or cooked fish chunks), thawed
1 can tuna fish, drained
1/2 c. sweet relish
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-cooked eggs, coarse chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. marjoram or savory or dill or curry or combination of them
Salt and pepper to taste

But I always add: 1/2 c. black olives 1/2 c. chopped parsley 2 chopped fresh tomatoes Some more mayonnaise or sour cream

Must mix it all together and enjoy. I garnish it with tomato wedges and black olives. But, do your own thing and say "Ooh! It's so good!" 12 servings.
