SALISBURY STEAK 
3 lbs. hamburger
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 sm. onion, diced
2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Flour

Mix onion and cracker crumbs into hamburger. Put in a jelly roll pan. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Next day slice hamburger roll and roll in flour. Brown floured slices in pan on stove. Put in layers in baking pan with soup and milk mixture spooned over each layer. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
