GREEN BEANS NAPOLI 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 can green beans or 1 lb. fresh green beans
1 tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 to 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Prepare the topping as follows. Melt butter, add crumbs and stir over moderate heat until crumbs are light golden color. Blend in paprika. Remove from heat, add cheese and toss lightly. Heat green beans and drain off liquid. Add oil and garlic salt to beans and toss lightly. Serve topped with crumb mixture.
