HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese

Combine first five ingredients. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
