2 pkg. Oreos (3 rows, 1 1/4 lb. each)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick soft butter
2 (3 1/4 oz.) French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Crush both packages of Oreos until it looks like potting soil and then set this aside. In small bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and soft butter, mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy, then set this aside.

In large bowl mix French vanilla instant pudding with milk until it is nicely dissolved and begins to thicken slightly. To the pudding mixture, fold in Cool Whip until nice and creamy. To the pudding and Cool Whip mixture, add your cream cheese mixture and mix well.
