FRIED CHICKEN BREAST | |
2 chicken breast Slice as thin as possible lengthwise. Do this while partially frozen. Beat until tenderized on both sides; salt and pepper to taste. Fix 3 bowls to dip chicken in. Put flour in first, beaten egg in second, and bread crumbs in third. Heat stick of butter in skillet. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, and last bread crumbs. Fry on both sides in butter and drain on paper towel. 4 people. |
