STIR FRY CHICKEN BREAST WITH
PEPPERS
 
3 chicken breast halves
2 tbsp. oil
1 each: green, red and yellow peppers
1 No. 2 can or 3 fresh tomatoes peeled and cut up
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Cut breasts into strips. Saute in oil. When tender and brown (about 15 minutes), add peppers which have been cut into strips. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Continue to cook for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
