FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
Rind of 1 lemon (opt.)
1 lg. can chunky pineapple, drained
2 bananas
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Cherries (opt.)

Beat cream cheese into Cool Whip with sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Stir together and pour into mold and freeze overnight. Sometimes I put it in individual cupcake papers. Take out about 10 to 15 minutes before serving. You can leave them in your freezer and eat them at your convenience. They keep fine.
