SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 small (8 oz.) box vermicelli
3 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 red or green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can beef consomme
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion, pepper, both cans of soup, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer about 15 minutes.

Break spaghetti into thirds and cook in salted water until almost done. Drain and add to the meat mixture. Take off heat and add 2 cups of grated cheese. Stir well.

Transfer to a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish sprayed with PAM. Top with remaining cup of cheese. Cover and bake at 375°F for approximately 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake another 5 minutes. Cheese should be melted and top of casserole slightly brown.
