FISH CASSEROLE 
4-6 fish fillets, arrange carefully, flounder or sole
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Lemon
Pkg. Knor's white sauce mix

In a greased casserole dish (big enough to lay fish fillets) put in fish and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a small frying pan, saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Spoon a little of mixture over each piece of fish.

In a small saucepan, make white sauce according to package directions. Turn off heat and add wine and cheese. Pour over fish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
