FISH CASSEROLE SUPREME 
1 lb. of sole (see variation below)
1/2 lb. crabmeat supreme
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Thick White Sauce (found in any recipe book)

Mix crabmeat, buttered crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a buttered casserole dish lay half of fish flat, place crabmeat mixture on top, then put remaining fish on top.

Pour white sauce over fish and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes evenly.
