BROCCOLI, CHICKEN & CHEESE 
1/4 c. onions & 2 tbsp. butter (saute)
2 c. cooked rice (long grain)
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4-1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 (5 oz.) can boned chicken (or fresh)
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 pkg. thawed chopped broccoli

Mix ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
