BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
4 pkgs. frozen broccoli 1 stick butter 1 stack Ritz crackers 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 can golden mushroom or cream of mushroom soup Cook broccoli and drain. Layer in 3 quart casserole pan. Put 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/2 stack of crackers, crumbled. Place drained broccoli on top. Melt cheese and soup in pan over low heat; pour over broccoli. Top with rest of crumbled crackers and melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
