PEARS WITH NUT TOPPING 
8 sugar substitutes
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 pears, cut into halves
1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
4 sugar substitutes
1 tbsp. brandy
1 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 sugar substitutes

Mix the 8 sugar substitutes with the water and lemon juice in ungreased square pan 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Stir to mix well. Arrange pears in the pan, turning to coat with mixture. Cover and bake at 325 degrees until pears are almost tender when pierces with a fork, about 25 minutes. Place one pear half, cut side up in each serving dish. Mix nuts with 4 sugar substitutes, brandy, 1 tablespoon sour cream and vanilla. Fill center of each pear with nut mixture. Mix 1/2 cup sour cream with 2 sugar substitutes. Top each pear with sour cream mixture.
