CHERRY NUT BREAD 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
Liquid sugar substitute to equal 1 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. white vinegar and enough water to make 2/3 cup
1/4 c. melted, reduced calorie butter
24 small pecans, chopped
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. orange rind
1 c. chopped cranberries

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, stir in sugar substitute, orange juice, rind, vinegar water and butter. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir just until flour is moistened.
