HAMBURGER ONION PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. light cream

1 lb. hamburger
2 sm. onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. flavor extender
2 tbsp. Bisquick
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix Bisquick and cream with fork. Knead gently 10 times on surface lightly dusted with Bisquick. Roll dough into a circle to fit a 9 inch pie pan.

Saute beef and onions until meat has lost color. Add salt, pepper, flavor extender and Bisquick. Spread in pan. Beat eggs slightly and blend with cottage cheese. Pour over meat. Bake 30 minutes.
