SOFT PRETZELS 
4 c. flour (part whole wheat)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 egg, beaten
Coarse salt

Sprinkle yeast on warm water and mix. Add salt, sugar and flour and mix and knead dough. Form into imaginative shapes and place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
