PRETZEL JELLO 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. soft butter

Cream sugar and butter. Add crushed pretzels. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Cool.

CREAM CHEESE LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

JELLO LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. frozen strawberries

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add strawberries. Partially set (this doesn't take long) and pour over cream cheese layer.

This is my most-requested recipe. the pretzel layer is a real surprise, yet is quite delicious.
