SHORTBREAD 
2 blocks butter
1 block butter
1 c. white sugar
3 3/4 c. reg. flour
Almond extract - few drops
Cake decors and chopped nuts (optional)

Cream butter, butter and sugar well. Add almond extract. Add flour into mixture. Pat into ungreased pan (jelly roll pan). Sprinkle cake decors and cut in squares before baking. Bake at 250 degrees for approximately 2 1/2 hours. Cut again along same lines before cooling.
