FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (#2) can fruit cocktail
1 sm. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 egg
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 mashed banana

Drain can of fruit. Beat whole egg; add sugar and juice. Cook in double boiler until thickened (mixture begins to boil). Let cool a little. Mash cream cheese and add cooled juice mixture. To this add fruit, mashed banana, mayonnaise, lemon. Freeze in refrigerator tray. Cut in squares when frozen. Serve on lettuce leaf.
