POTATOES NOBLESSE 
4 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. French salad dressing
Grated orange rind
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook the potatoes. Peel and slice them. Marinate the potatoes, pepper, onion, and pimento in the dressing with the rind for 2 hours or longer. Place the mixture in an electric skillet. Cover. Simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over and serve hot.
