FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 c. heavy cream
6 tbsp. butter
Salt
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
4-6 twists of pepper mill
Fettuccine, prepared

Melt butter in 2/3 cup of cream until thick. Add fettuccine. Turn on low heat and toss the fettuccine coating them with sauce. Add the rest of the cream and add the grated cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper. Toss briefly until cream is thick and fettuccine is well coated. Taste and correct salt. Serve immediately. Serves 5-6.
