CHOCOLATE RITZ DESSERT 
Mix together:

50 crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar

Pat into 9 x 13 pan, but reserve some for topping.

SECOND LAYER:

Cream together:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together until thick, spread over second layer.

Top with remaining Cool Whip, from 8 ounce container. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and 3/4 cup chopped nuts on top of Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
