CHICKEN ROLL - UPS 
1 sm. can boned chicken
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter
Slivered almonds
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 pkg. crescent rolls

Mix all together except crescent rolls. Take 2 triangles of the rolls and press them together into a rectangle. Spoon a good size tablespoon of the mixture on the rectangle. Roll long edges up first, then take ends over to the middle. (Make sure edges are well sealed.) Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Use a can of chicken soup for gravy.
