YUGASALVINA OVEN-FRIED STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
2 eggs
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Pound beef portions until 1/2 inch thick. Beat together eggs, soy sauce, water, ginger, and garlic powder in a pie plate. Sprinkle bread crumbs onto wax paper. Dip beef into egg mixture; press into bread crumbs.

Coating evenly on both sides, arrange in a single layer in a greased shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, turn and bake 20 minutes longer. Plain or fried rice or vegetable mixture would make Yugosalvina meal complete.
