4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
25 lg. marshmallows
13 oz. milk chocolate
13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. nuts

Bring sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla to a full boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows. Add chocolates, one at a time. Add nuts. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Cool.
