SIMPLE BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 can tiny peas
1 c. of sliced carrots
2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can tomato soup thinned with 1/2 can of water
2 raw potatoes, sliced
1 bay leaf

Mix these ingredients in a casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Bake in oven at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Great for cold winter days!
