2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini squash
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. nuts

In a bowl sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder, oil, vanilla and eggs. Beat at medium speed and beat well. Stir in zucchini squash, nuts raisins. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9x2 inch pan. Sprinkle about 1/2 c. chopped nuts over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
