SAUCY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 1/2" to 3/4" thick
Salt & pepper
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. catsup
2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In skillet brown chops on both sides in a small amount of hot fat, season with salt and pepper. Top chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chops. Cover, simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until chops are done. Remove chops to warm platter. Spoon sauce over. Makes 6 servings.
