COCOA PINK CUPCAKES 
Sift together:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp.cocoa

Cream well:

1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening

Blend into sugar mixture:

2 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Add liquid alternately with dry ingredients until all is mixed. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate bits. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until done.
