PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (14 oz.) can pumpkin
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk

Place cake mix in medium size mixing bowl, remove 1 cup of the mix and place in a small bowl. Add to the mix in the small box: sugar, cinnamon, butter. Mix with a fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Chill in refrigerator.

Take the rest of the cake mix in the medium bowl and add 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 egg. Spread into the bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

On top of the above cake mixture add this mixture: 14 ounce can of pumpkin, 2 eggs, beaten, 2/3 cup of milk. Place this into a small bowl and mix until well blended.

Now take the chilled mixture from the refrigerator and crumble over the pumpkin mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool in refrigerator and when ready to serve cut into squares and top with whipped cream.
