PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. milk (may use evaporated)
Cool Whip (optional)
Nuts (optional)

Pat into bottom of ungreased 9x13 inch pan the mixture of cake mix (less 1 cup), 1 stick melted butter, and 1 egg.

On top of first layer, put mixture of 3 eggs, pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, and milk. Top with the extra cup of cake mix together with 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar.

Bake 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Cool Whip and nuts for garnish, if desired.
