PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
3 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT cake mix, nuts and butter in large bowl at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Pat down cake mix gently with a spoon. Sprinkle chopped nuts over cake mix layer. Drizzle melted butter over the cake and nuts layer. Bake 55 to 65 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Cut in squares. Delicious when served with vanilla ice cream!
