SPROUTS AND FRESH VEGGIES 
4 c. mixed sprouts (bean, alfalfa, mung)
3 shallots, diced
3 carrots, grated
2 1/2 c. red cabbage, finely shredded
1 c. basic Chinese vegetable stock
1 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp. low-salt soy sauce
Freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Toss and stir all ingredients together, except lemon juice. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
