GREEK FISH | |
1 1/2 c. parsley, chopped 1 lg. can tomatoes (stewed work very well) 1-2 lbs. fish (cod or haddock) 1/4 c. olive oil 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Put layer of tomatoes in 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Cover with layer of chopped parsley. Place fish on top of parsley. Mix oil, flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour over fish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until fish flakes.
