Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Doritos
1 lb. sausage
1 dozen eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies or hot peppers, chopped

Brown sausage and onions together; drain and add peppers.

Scramble eggs and milk together. Layer bottom of pan with Doritos. Rotate layers of sausage, cheese slices, eggs, ending with cheese on top. Sprinkle with chopped onions. Bake at 425 degrees until cheese is melted.
