SALMON BALLS 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1 c. bread crumbs
1 clove pressed garlic
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Vegetable oil for frying

Drain salmon. Mix with bread crumbs. Then combine other ingredients (except oil). Form into 1 inch balls. Brown well, in vegetable oil, on all sides.
