SALMON BALLS 
1 lb. cooked salmon
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cream of mushroom soup, into a large bowl. Form mixture into 6 or 8 balls. Place salmon balls in casserole dish.

Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup water and pour over salmon balls. bake 35 to 40 minutes.
