SALMON BALLS 
1 c. Salmon
1 med. chopped onion
1 lg. brick Philadelphia cream cheese
Salt
Pepper
Pecans, chopped
Garlic salt
Liquid smoke
Crackers, crushed

Put salmon into large mixing bowl. Blend in salt, pepper, garlic salt, and liquid smoke (enough to taste). Add crackers (enough to hold together). Then add onions. Roll into a ball then roll the ball in the chopped pecans. Cool in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve with party crackers.
