CREAM CHEESE POCKETS 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

Combine:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream together cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Put 1 package rolls on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Stretch to cover. Spread cream cheese mixture over top. Put other package of rolls (pinch seams) over top of cheese mixture. Beat egg white until stiff, brush on top. Sprinkle topping over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
