CHEESE CAKE BARS 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg white

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. chopped nuts

Grease 1 9 x 13 inch pan. Press 1 package rolls over bottom. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Spread on rolls. Top with other package of rolls. Brush on beaten egg white. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
